A great example of mid-century advertising, a 24-page color circular for WESTERN AUTO ASSOCIATE STORE. The advertising circular is printed on newsprint and mostly likely was an insert in the local newspaper or mailed to the customer's home.

The centerfold of the circular advertises the 1942 Western Auto's radio and phonograph brand, Truetone. In addition to Truetone, the advertising includes automobile parts and accessories, lawn tools and mowers, paint and roofing supplies, sport equipment, and more.

The circular is in great condition--does have some browning but colors are bright and the pages are intact.

Note: This circular was distributed for the Western Auto Associate Store owned by J.A. Stultz and located on Pearl Street in Batesville, Indiana.

We ask that when making your purchasing decision that you consider the photos as part of the item's description.

We do our best to provide you within the written description as much information, whether it’s the history, manufacturer, or condition, for each item we sell.

We also recognize that a “picture is worth a thousand words” and ask that you view the photos we provide closely. Often, a photo can be more effective than a written description when determining if an item will meet your needs and satisfaction.
