A very cute pair of WELLCO FOAMTREADS CORDUROY SLIPPERS are offered with this listing.
If you love Americana, the Bicentennial, and Independence Day items--you will absolutely want these slippers. The fabric is a red, white and blue stripe designed with flags, stars, drums, and hearts.
These are NEW OLD stock and the Wellco logo is sewn into the right shoe. Since they have never been worn, they are in fantastic condition. The slippers come in the original box, which is just as cute as the slipper pattern. There is some color age to the box but overall its in good condition. The retailer's price tag of $7.50 is still on the end of the box.
The shoes are marked size eleven (11) and measure 7 3/4" long. Based on the '76 logo on the end of the box and the retailer's cost of $7.50, I believe these shoes were made in honor of the bicentennial in 1976.
