SEAFOOD DISHES FROM MAINE is a 4-page fold-out recipe pamphlet.
The cover photograph depicts a dish of fresh shrimp in a cream sauce set in front of a snowy Maine window, pewter jug of cream and wooden antique spice box. The cover would be great framed and hung in a kitchen or dining room.
There are only a handful of recipes--Maine Clam Chowder, Bake Maine Ocean Perch, Baked Turbo, Broiled Mackerel with Mustard Paste, Baked Maine Lobster De Luxe, and Boiled State of Maine Lobster. The dish photographed on the cover is not included in the pamphlet.
This 8 ¼” by 5 ¼” pamphlet is in great condition with no tears and appears to be unused.
