An estate mixed lot of REMEMBRANCE SILVERPLATE FLATWARE by 1847 Rogers Brothers. Rogers introduced the pattern in 1948.
The lot includes:
- 2 teaspoons measuring 6 ⅛” long
- 3 salad forks measuring 6 ¾” long
- 1 butter knife measuring 6 ¾” long
The pieces are stamped 1847 ROGERS BROS I S. The I S signifies the pieces are the highest quality of silver plate. The pattern name, Remembrance is also stamped in script writing on the back. They are not monogrammed.
The pieces are in great condition and will be beautiful once polished.
Vintage silver looks beautiful displayed in a dining room or kitchen and this pattern would be great displayed in a mixed display inside an antique glass spoon jar or small vase.
