Crafted in the iconic style of the 1970s, this mini HALLOWEEN JACK-O-LANTERN Garland is packaged in the original cellophane wrapper.
Each 3" x 4" section of the 9' paper garland is designed to feature two charming orange jack-o-lanterns adorned with black pointy hats. The garland is made using the distinctive multi-fold technique of a paper doll chain.
