Ken Griffey Jr. nicknamed "Junior" and "The Kid" joined the exclusive 500 home run club on June 20, 2004, after belting a 393-solo homer off of Matt Morris in a 6-0 over the St. Louis Cardinals. A significant day in may ways, as it was Father's Day and his dad, Ken Griffey Sr. was in the stands watching his son become the 20th player to reach the milestone!
Griffey played in Major League Baseball for 22 years and of those, nine seasons from 2000 to 2008 with the Cincinnati Reds. He was enshrined in the Reds Hall of Fame during Induction Weekend, August 8 - 10, 2014. This KEN GRIFFEY JR BOBBLEHEAD commemorates this great player and his impact on professional baseball, especially during his time with the Cincinnati Reds.
The KEN GRIFFEY JR BOBBLEHEAD is new and still in the box with original packaging. It stands about 6 ¼” tall, holds a removable baseball bat, and is in great condition. The bobblehead was given to Red's fans at the game on June 21, 2014. Great gift for your Major League Baseball fan, Red's fan, or bobblehead collector!
