This sheet music compilation for FEIST COLLECTION OF WORLD FAMOUS MARCHES for Piano Solo with Guitar Chords includes internationally renowned marches such as "Over There" from World War I and "Down the Field" and "Yale Boola" from college circles. Before its publication in 1936, Leo Feist Publishing had distributed the pieces in this collection individually, beginning with "Blaze Away" by Holzman in 1901.

Fifty-one of the fifty-six pages are dedicated to music, with the remaining pages featuring advertisements for other Leo Feist releases. The iconic blue and orange cover art by Jorj Harris features members of a marching band, expertly rendered in airbrushed watercolor, a technique for which the illustrator was renowned and is said to have perfected.

The softcover book is in great condition and comes in a protective sleeve.
