The MAW & COMPANY BROSELEY Raised Relief Decorative Antique Tile from England, circa 1860 is a stunning example of white earthenware. This tile, measuring 6"x6", features blue-green raised flowers with branches and leaves on a darker evergreen background. MAW & COMPANY was one of England's most successful decorative tile factories.
The reverse of the tile is marked with relief, reading "MAW & CO FLOREAT MAW SALOPIA (Inside a medallion) BROSELEY SALOP." Despite its age, this antique decorative tile is in good condition with only a few small areas of missing glaze.
