PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT

We share your Personal Information with third parties to help us use your Personal Information, as described above. We may disclose personal information if it is clearly stated at the time we ask for the information that we will, such as registering for contests, promotions, blog updates or newsletters.
We may disclose user statistics to describe our audience to prospective partners, advertisers, and other third parties, and for other lawful purposes. These statistics are always anonymous and never related back to specific users. For example, we may disclose that 20% of what we sell is antique and vintage glassware, but we would not release a list of email addresses for this group (or any other).
Partners of the Site, such as Shopify, PayPal, social media sites accessible through our online site, have their own, separate privacy and data collection practices independent of the Site, and we have no responsibility or liability in connection with these.
Finally, we may also share your Personal Information to comply with applicable laws and regulations, to respond to a subpoena, search warrant or other lawful request for information we receive, or to otherwise protect our rights.
As described above, we use your Personal Information to provide you with targeted advertisements or marketing communications we believe may be of interest to you. When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.
The Site is not intended for individuals under the age of 18 years of age and requires all registered users to be a least 18 years of age. Minors under 18 years of age and at least 13 years of age are permitted to order from the Site, only if they have the appropriate permission and direct supervisor by the owner of the account. The owner of the account is responsible for any and all account activity conducted by a minor on your account.
