DROPS OF GOLD Ohio Honey is a 24-page recipe pamphlet published by the Ohio Department of Agriculture in cooperation with the Ohio State Beekeepers' Association.The booklet was published when John Gilligan was governor of Ohio, dating the pamphlet to the early 1970s.
Filled with recommendations, suggestions, and recipes for the use of honey. Recipes include Cinnamon Honey, Honey Buns, Honey Chutney, Honey Chocolate Cake, Honey Caramels, Honey Baked Beans, Honey Barbecue Chicken, and much more.
This 8 ¼” by 5 ¼” pamphlet is in great condition other than some browning with no tears and appears to be unused.
