Pittenger's first edition published by John B. Alden, Publisher in 1889, melds the four stories of Jesus Christ into an uninterrupted narrative.
This 1889 copy is in very good condition, exhibiting signs of previous ownership yet still nice overall. The former owner's name is written in blue ink on the front end paper. There is no dust jacket, and the upper and lower edges of the spine show slight wear. The binding is solid, pages show slight browning, and there is no highlighting or handwritten notes.
