Housed in a handsome burled-wood-look case with black trim, the concertina combines music, movement, illumination and five real tuned brass bells. Open the hinged lid to reveal the gleaming row of bells above a charming winter shadow-box scene, where Victorian-style skaters move around a decorated Christmas tree.
The concertina offers an impressive selection of 50 songs — 25 Christmas carols and 25 year-round classics. Turn the selection dials to choose a song while the brass bells accompany the music in harmony. The Christmas scene is animated as the music plays, and the decorated tree illuminates for an especially festive display.
Christmas selections include familiar favorites such as Angels We Have Heard on High, Away in a Manger, Deck the Halls, Jingle Bells, O Come All Ye Faithful, Silent Night, The First Noel, and We Wish You a Merry Christmas. The 25 year-round selections include classics such as Beautiful Dreamer, Blue Danube, Danny Boy, For Me and My Gal, Oh! You Beautiful Doll, On Moonlight Bay, and The Entertainer.
This example is especially appealing because it remains complete with its original Mr. Christmas retail box, fitted packaging, AC adapter and instruction manual. The outer box shows age-related spotting, staining and storage wear, but it has done its job well—the concertina itself remains exceptionally well preserved.

Part of the Mr. Christmas Gold Label line, this 2006 Animated Concertina combines several features collectors look for in the company's more elaborate holiday pieces: an animated miniature scene, illumination, a 50-song musical program and five real tuned brass bells. This example is particularly complete, retaining its original box, fitted packaging, AC adapter and instruction manual.
Condition: The concertina itself is in excellent to near-mint pre-owned condition and has been tested and is operating. Music plays, the brass bells sound, the skating scene animates and the Christmas tree illuminates.
The original retail box has noticeable age spotting/staining, scuffing and storage wear, particularly across the lighter printed surfaces, along with wear at the edges and corners. The original internal packaging is present. Please review the photographs for the condition of both the concertina and its original packaging.
