Keller & Guérin Lunéville Antique French Faïence Peaches Plate Signed Obert

These beautiful antique French faïence peach plates were hand-painted by Keller & Guérin (K & G Lunéville), France, circa 1900. Each 8½-inch plate features ripe peaches with a warm reddish-orange blush in Obert’s distinctive painterly style, set against softly shaded grounds in deep mauve, apricot, and golden tones.

Signed “Obert” on the front and stamped K & G Lunéville France on the reverse, these plates showcase the luminous glazes and refined decoration that made Lunéville fruitware so collectible during the Art Nouveau era. All retain two discreet rear hanging holes for easy wall display.

Offered individually so collectors can choose the perfect variation to complement a Lunéville fruit plate grouping or gallery wall. While beautifully preserved overall, each shows minor signs of age and authentic tin-glazed character.

🍑 Peaches on Deep Apricot — Beautifully preserved with no cracks or chips; gentle light crazing primarily on the back, a natural signature of authentic tin-glazed character.

🍑 Peaches on Mauve — Equally well-preserved with no cracks or chips; light crazing primarily on the back; subtle glaze wear on rim—charming evidence of handcrafted origins.

🍑 Peaches on Apricot/Gold — Beautifully preserved with no cracks or chips; gentle light crazing primarily on the back, adding honest antique character.

✨ Collector’s Note: Artist-signed Obert examples of K & G Lunéville fruit plates—especially vibrant peach motifs with intact color saturation—are increasingly rare and highly desirable. Subtle background tones and minor signs of age only deepen their authentic antique charm. Explore the full Lunéville Faïence collection to mix, match, and build a timeless French table.
