A beautiful celebration of flowers, folk art, and quilt-inspired design, this Jim Shore angel brings a gentle, homespun charm to any collection. Titled “Smell The Flowers,” she carries a woven basket overflowing with colorful blossoms while holding a single red flower near her face. Her blue blouse features scrolling motifs and a heart, while her long cream skirt is decorated with pink, red, and peach geometric quilt patterns.

Designed by Jim Shore and produced under Enesco’s Heartwood Creek license, this 2007 design resin angel reflects the artist’s signature folk‑art style and combines the appearance of traditional hand-carved folk art with the warmth of American quilting. The angel’s serene expression, detailed wings, and delicate halo make her a lovely display piece for Christmas, spring, or throughout the year.

Collector’s Note

“Smell The Flowers” is a retired Heartwood Creek design from 2007. Its appeal lies in the combination of Jim Shore’s signature quilt patterns, sculpted folk-art textures, and expressive angel imagery. The original box and clearly marked base provide the identifying information collectors appreciate, including the title, item number, and copyright date..

Like-new condition with original box. Box retains labels on both ends and is not damaged. Styrofoam packaging materials in good condition.  No chips or cracks observed. Please review the detailed photographs for condition and markings.

Display Appeal

This angel is equally at home in a Christmas collection or a year-round display. The pink quilt-patterned skirt and basket of red flowers complement cottage, country, and farmhouse interiors, while the heart motif makes her a thoughtful gift for a gardener, quilter, or angel collector.

Just a quick heads‑up: the photos reveal details far better than text alone, so they’re worth a close review.
