OVER 100 RECIPES FOR TASTE-TEMPTING DEEP FRIED FOODS is a recipe booklet published in 1953 by Dulane Inc. and was included with the purchase of a Fryryte, the Original Automatic Electric Deep Fryer. The book was authored by Leone Rutledge Carroll, a popular mid-century cookbook author.
The contents of the 66-page booklet includes How to Use and Care for Your Fryryte, Nutritional Value of Fried Foods, Time and Temperature Cooking Charts, and nearly 60 pages of recipes and cooking directions.
There are chapters devoted to Doughnuts and Crullers, Croquettes, Fritters, Meats & Poultry, Fish & Seafoods, Vegetables, Pies, Sauces, Hors d'Oeuvres, and Regional Recipes.
The booklet measures 6 ¾” high by 5” wide and is in good condition with no tears and appears to be unused. A few of the pages show stains.
