Este plato de baratijas antiguo de Arita ware, pintado a mano, GOLD IMARI TRINKET, fue elaborado para John Shillito & Company, también conocido como Shillito's, la primera tienda departamental de Cincinnati. La pieza fue obsequiada durante la gran inauguración VIP de su ubicación en el centro comercial Tri-County a principios de la década de 1960.

La pieza lleva la marca "GOLD IMARI HAND PAINTED FOR SHILLITO'S", lo que sitúa su origen en la región de Arita en Japón. El plato presenta un diseño floral en tonos verdes con detalles dorados y mide aproximadamente 4" de diámetro. Se encuentra en excelente estado vintage, sin astillas ni grietas.
