Rare piece of gorgeous blown ART GLASS made by of Zimmerman Art Glass.
The ZIMMERMAN ART GLASS PEAR-SHAPED SCULPTURE OR PAPERWEIGHT is signed Joe Zimmerman, who passed away in 1986 and recognized for growing the studio art glass factory to what it is today.
The piece is in excellent condition and made of a beautiful opaque yellow glass with spotted streaks of orange over clear glass; green glass stem and leaf and measures 6 ¾ high.

About Zimmerman Art Glass: Zimmerman Art Glass is the second oldest family run studio glass factory in the United States and has been in business for 78 years. Generations of Zimmermans, going back to the late 1800s, when Anna & Ferdinand Zimmerman entered the trade were glassblowers. The studio glass factory located in Corydon, Indiana is now operated by 4th and 5th generation Zimmermans.
