HICKORY HANDLE TRAPEZOID ANTIQUE BASKET 16" Tall with Handle

The HICKORY HANDLE TRAPEZOID ANTIQUE BASKET is beautiful old basket with an unusual shape.  The wood splints have developed a wonderful patina and color and the basket shows minimal wear.  It was woven with varying sizes of wood splints.

The height of the basket measures about 16" including the handle and 9 ½” tall without. The square bottom measures about 8 ½” by 8 ½”, and the oval opening at the top is about 8" by 7".  

Basket would be a lovely addition to a farmhouse style home.
