It is 11” across at the top and 2 ⅛” across at the tip. The pieces of felt are machined stitched together using a zigzag stitch. The top border and tassels are attached with a straight stitch.\u003c\/p\u003e\r\n\r\n\u003cp\u003eThe stenciling is intact with very little cracking. There is 3” area in the seam that attaches the border felt to the main pennant felt where the stitching has become loose; however, the piece could be easily repaired\/restored. Most likely, a collector would frame the pennant so no restoration may be needed as the loose stitching cannot be seen when the pennant is flat.\u003c\/p\u003e\r\n\r\n\u003cp\u003eThere is also some fading on the back and a few pinholes in the tassels, most likely from where it was hung on a wall with thumbtacks.
