This TIN-LITHOGRAPH RATCHET-STYLE MASQUERADE PARTY NOISEMAKER from the 1950s is in the shape of an oval dish.  The lithograph on the front of the noisemaker depicts a couple dressed for a masquerade party; the man is dress in a harlequin print jester outfit and the woman in a short cha-cha dress.  The colors of the lithograph are festive and bright; the background is filled with streamers, stars, and confetti.  The ratchet handle is made of green plastic.

The TIN-LITHOGRAPH RATCHET-STYLE MASQUERADE PARTY NOISEMAKER was made by the U.S. Metal Toy Manufacturing Company of Brooklyn, New York; the lithograph includes the company mark. U.S. Metal Toy Manufacturing made tin-lithographed toys from 1946 through the 1980s. Their slogan was, "Joys With U.S. Toys."

The condition is great with minimal signs of use; no rust or scratches.

Nice addition to someone's vintage toy collection as well as a great noisemaker for a vintage New Year's Eve or birthday party!
