A mid-century RRP COMPANY 6" SHALLOW BOWL glazed in a gorgeous turquoise blue. The bowl measures 6" wide by 2 ½” deep and is in great condition with no chips or cracks.

Since the bottom of the bowl is marked ROSEVILLE OHIO 311 6” RRP CO USA it may be confused as Roseville Pottery, which it is not.

RRP Company was located in Roseville, Ohio and a competitor of Roseville Pottery. The pottery company was started in 1900 was Frank Ransbottom and by 1916 was the largest producer of stoneware jars in America. A few years later the company merged with Robinson Clay and the name was changed it name to RRP to reflect the names of both companies.
