This exquisite vintage BAVARIA PLATE, crafted in porcelain and measuring 7 ½” in diameter, features a gorgeous hand painted design of vivid red strawberries, delicate yellow blossoms, and lush green leaves against a peachy-pink background.
The rim of the plate is adorned with a gilt edge, adding an elegant finish. While thin and translucent like bone china, the plate is in remarkably good vintage condition, exhibiting no chips, cracks or crazing, with minimal gold loss on the edge. There is a small glazed ceramic piece on the bottom from the kiln stilt.
