FLORENTINE by Crown Ducal Dinner Plate Pattern #1954
Crown Ducal, a name used by the A.G. Richardson and Company of Tunstall and Cobridge, England originated in 1916, and was used for some of the company's porcelain.
This fine porcelain DINNER PLATE by Crown Ducal in the Florentine #1954 pattern is 10 ⅛" in diameter and decorated with beautiful sprays of blue flowers, purple grapes, yellow pears and green leaves. Rim is gold gilt.
The base of the plate is stamped with the Crown Ducal Florentine Made in England mark.
The plate is in good condition with very light crazing and a few kiln marks on the back, common for porcelain of this age.
